Արամ Վարդևանյանը մանրամասնեց, թե ինչու «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի նախընտրական ամբողջական ցուցակն այսօր չհրապարակվեց

«Այս օրերին մենք դատարանից ստացանք համապատասխան որոշում, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի ապօրինի քրեական վարույթի վերաբերյալ դատական առաջին նիստը կայանալու է ապրիլի 15-ին ժամը 10.30-ին»,- Ազատության հրապարակում հանրահավաքից, ապա երթից հետո լրագրողներին ասաց «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ, փաստաբան Արամ Վարդևանյանը։ 

Նրա խոսքով, եթե ունեցան հնարավորություն, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի ապօրինի տնային կալանքը վերացվի, կունենան նվազագույն քաղաքական հնարավորություն Սամվել Կարապետյանի կողմից մասնացելու «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքի ցուցակի ձևավորմանը։ 

«Մենք նախապես հայտարարել էինք, որ այսօր դաշինքի ամբողջական ցուցակն է ներկայացվելու, բայց քանի որ դրան հաջորդեց այն իրադարձությունը, որ ապրիլի 15-ին դատական նիստ ենք ունենալու և ժամանակ կա, Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով ցուցակները պետք է մինչև ապրիլի 23-ը ներկայացվեն, իսկապես հույս ունենք, որ այդ հնարավորությունից կկարողանանք օգտվել և այդ իսկ պատճառով այսօր ամբողջական ցուցակի վերաբերյալ տվյալները չներկայացվեց»,- ասաց Արամ Վարդևանյանը` հավելելով, որ ժողովրդավարական նույնիսկ նվազագույն երաշխիքների պահպանման երկրում չի կարող քաղաքական հայտ ներկայացրած կուսակցության նախագահը հնարավորություն չունենա շփվելու, հարցազրույց ունենալու նախընտրական ցուցակի թեկնածուների հետ, իսկ Հայաստանում այսօր այդ իրավիճակն ունեն։ 

Նա նշեց, որ ապրիլի 15-ին Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանում կկայանա Սամվել Կարապետյանին վերաբերող ապօրինի քրեական վարույթի, քաղաքական  հետապնդման առաջին դատական նիստը, որի շրջանակներում խափանման միջոցի հարցի քննարկման հնարավորություն կունենա։ Գործը մակագրվել  դատավոր Վահե  Դոլազյանին։ 

«Նվազագույն իրավական երաշխիքի գործարկման պայմաններում՝ տնային կալանքը րոպե շուտ պետք է վերացվի, առհասարակ այս քրեական վարույթւ պետք է դադարեցվի, բայց քաղաքական հետպնդումն այնպիսի հրեշավոր կենդանի է, որ այդքան հեշտ չի ստացվում դրա դադարեցումը, բայց առնվազն տնային կալանքը պետք է վերացվի,  եթե չի վերացվում, ապա եկեք արձանագրենք, որ Հայաստանում ժողովորդավարությունը ոչ թե քայքայված է, այլ ընդհանրապես ոչնչացման ճանապարհին է»,- ասաց Վարդևանյանը։
