 Ռուսաստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն հայտարարել է, թե «Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը վերջերս քայլեր է ձեռնարկում, որոնք անհամատեղելի են Ռուսաստանի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների ոգուն»։ «Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը վերջերս քայլեր է ձեռնարկում, որոնք չեն համապատասխանում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների ոգուն»,– հատուկ աշխատանքային խմբի նիստում ասել է Շոյգուն։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը պարբերաբար համաձայնվում է ԵՄ դիրքորոշմանը միջազգային հարթակներում և ակտիվորեն աշխատում է ստանդարտների փոփոխման ու ԵՄ-ի հետ մաքսային և առևտրային ռեժիմների սինքրոնացման ուղղությամբ, «որը կարող է չհամապատասխանել ԵՏՄ-ի շրջանակում Հայաստանի պարտավորություններին»։ «Անցկացվում են համատեղ զորավարժություններ, վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը ձեռնարկել է մի շարք ակնհայտորեն անբարյացակամ բնույթի գործողություններ։ Ահա թե ինչպես ենք մենք դիտարկում Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը Միջազգային քրեական դատարանին և Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների արտահանձնումը երրորդ երկրներ»,– ասել է նա։

Շոյգուն քննադատել է Երևանի որոշումը՝ «թույլ տալ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկիին ելույթ ունենալ Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովում»։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Զելենսկիի ելույթում եղել են սպառնալիքներ Ռուսաստանի հասցեին, այդ թվում՝ Հաղթանակի օրվա շքերթի հետ կապված։ «Սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան մեկուկես միլիոնից ավելի հայերի հիշատակի ծաղր, ովքեր պայքարել են նացիզմի՝ այս բացարձակ չարիքի դեմ՝ առանց իրենց կյանքը խնայելու»,– հայտարարել է Շոյգուն։ Վերջին օրերին գրեթե ամեն օր Ռուսաստանից խիստ քննադատություն է հնչում Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների հասցեին, և Շոյգուն հերթականն է այդ շարքում։ Մինչև խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ այսպիսի հայտարարություններ բազմիցս լինելու են։ Մի կողմից՝ Ռուսաստանը նման խստությամբ է արձագանքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործողություններին, բայց մյուս կողմից էլ ավելի լուրջ քայլերի չի դիմում։

Թե որն է պատճառը, բնականաբար, չի հաղորդվում։ Ընդամենը երեկ հայտնի է դարձել, որ Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը 2026 թվականի մայիսի 22-ից ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումներ է մտցնում Հայաստանից ծագումով և առաքմամբ ծաղկային արտադրանքի ներմուծման վրա՝ մինչև ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների տեսչական ստուգումների ավարտը և դրանց արդյունքների վերլուծության ամփոփումը։

Սա, ըստ էության, ընդամենը չնչին մի քայլ է, որը միայն քարոզչական արդյունք կարող է ունենալ, բայց ոչ ավելին։ Իհարկե, Ռուսաստանի ձեռքին ավելի մեծ գործիքակազմ կա, ինքը՝ Փաշինյանն էլ դա հասկանում է, և երեկ Վանաձորի հանրահավաքում փորձում էր չեքմեղանալ, թեև ապարդյուն։
