ՀՀ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչություն տեղեկություններ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ Կոտայքի մարզում Վերին Պտղնի համայնքի Երևան-Սևան մայրուղու 1 և Երևան քաղաքի  Գյուրջյան 10/2 հասցեներում բենզալցակայան շահագործող ընկերությունն առանց համապատասխան փաստաթղթավորման՝ ձեռք է բերում վառելիք ու առանց հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենայի կտրոններ տրամադրելու և այդ գործարքները հարկային հաշվառման մեջ արտացոլելու՝ վաճառում է սպառողներին։

Կոմիտեի հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունն իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների շրջանակում հարկային իրավախախտումների կանխման ու բացահայտման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքներում մշակել, ձեռնարկել և իրականացրել է համալիր օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ։

Այսպես, նախապես ճշտվել են ընկերության գործունեության հասցեները, վառելիքի բաշխիչ աշտարակների քանակները, վառելիքի պահեստավորման տարաների գտնվելու վայրերը, ինչպես նաև գրասենյակային տարածքների հասցեները, միաժամանակ իրականացվել է նաև արտաքին դիտում օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառում։

Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շրջանակում ձեռք բերված տվյալների համալիր վերլուծությունների և ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքներով պարզվել է, որ ընկերությունը 2023-2026 թվականներին առանց համապատասխան փաստաթղթերի ձեռք է բերել և իրացրել տարբեր տեսակի՝ շուրջ 1,6 մլրդ․ դրամի հեղուկ վառելիքներ։ Այդ նպատակով, բենզալցակայանի իրական շրջանառության զգալի մասը չի փաստաթղթավորվել, մասնավորապես վաճառված բենզինի արժեքները չեն մուտքագրվել հսկիչ-դրամարկղային մեքենաներ և չեն տպվել ՀԴՄ կտրոններ: Այս ամենի  հետևանքով հարկային մարմին ներկայացված հաշվարկներում մտցվել են խեղաթյուրված տվյալներ։ Արդյունքում պետությանը պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ շուրջ 500 մլն դրամի վնաս։

Դեպքի առթիվ հաղորդում է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տնտեսական հանցագործությունների և մաքսանենգությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչություն, որտեղ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

ՀՀ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ-հետախուզության վարչությունը շարունակում է անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել ոչ միայն կատարված հանցագործությունների բացահայտման, այլև դրանք կանխելու ուղղությամբ, միաժամանակ հորդորում է տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին հայտարարագրել իրական իրացման շրջանառությունները։

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ   նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
