Շենգավիթ բժշկական կենտրոնը հերթական կարևոր ձեռքբերումն է արձանագրել՝ արժանանալով ISO 9001:2015 և ISO 7101:2023 միջազգային հավաստագրերին։ Այս միջազգային ստանդարտները փաստում են, որ բժշկական կենտրոնի գործունեությունը կազմակերպվում և կառավարվում է միջազգային լավագույն չափանիշներին համապատասխան՝ ապահովելով որակի շարունակական զարգացում, արդյունավետ կառավարում և պացիենտակենտրոն մոտեցում։

ISO 9001:2015-ը հաստատում է, որ կենտրոնում ներդրված է որակի կառավարման արդյունավետ համակարգ, իսկ ISO 7101:2023-ը՝ առողջապահական կազմակերպությունների համար մշակված առաջին միջազգային ստանդարտը, սահմանում է բժշկական ծառայությունների որակի կառավարման նոր մոտեցումներ՝ առաջնահերթ համարելով պացիենտի անվտանգությունը, կլինիկական և վարչական գործընթացների արդյունավետ կառավարումը, բուժանձնակազմի բարեկեցությունն ու առողջապահական ծառայությունների կայուն զարգացումը։

Ինչպես նշել է Շենգավիթ բժշկական կենտրոնի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Ուռումյանը` այս ձեռքբերումը բժշկական կենտրոնի համար շատ ավելի մեծ նշանակություն ունի, քան միջազգային հավաստագրերի ստացումը։

«Մեզ համար սա պարզապես երկու միջազգային հավաստագիր չէ։ Սա մեր աշխատանքի փիլիսոփայության, պատասխանատվության և ամենօրյա գործունեության միջազգային գնահատականն է։ Այսօր կարող ենք վստահ ասել, որ Շենգավիթ բժշկական կենտրոնում որակի վերահսկումը դարձել է կազմակերպության մշակույթի անբաժանելի մասը։ Մենք ստեղծել ենք այնպիսի միջավայր, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուր գործընթաց, յուրաքանչյուր որոշում և յուրաքանչյուր քայլ միտված են պացիենտի անվտանգության, վստահության և բարձրակարգ բժշկական օգնության ապահովմանը»,– ընդգծել է Ալեքսանդր Ուռումյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ միջազգային այս հավաստագրերը միաժամանակ նոր պատասխանատվություն են բժշկական կենտրոնի համար։

«Այս կարևոր ձեռքբերումը մեզ պարտավորեցնում է շարունակաբար կատարելագործել կառավարման և բժշկական ծառայությունների որակը, ներդնել միջազգային լավագույն փորձը և զարգացնել այնպիսի առողջապահական միջավայր, որը կհամապատասխանի միջազգային ամենաբարձր չափանիշներին։ Մեր գլխավոր նպատակը մնում է անփոփոխ՝ ապահովել անվտանգ, ժամանակակից և բարձրակարգ բժշկական օգնություն յուրաքանչյուր պացիենտի համար»,– նշել է գլխավոր տնօրենը։

Շենգավիթ բժշկական կենտրոնը շարունակում է վստահորեն զարգանալ՝ ամրապնդելով իր դիրքը` որպես միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան գործող առողջապահական կազմակերպություն և հետևողականորեն ներդնելով այնպիսի համակարգեր, որոնք նպաստում են առողջապահական ծառայությունների որակի շարունակական բարձրացմանը։
