ՌԴ սպաները խնդրում են ՀՀ իշխանություններին անհապաղ լիազորություններ տալ Արթուր Վանեցյանին բանակցելու գերության մեջ գտնվող հայ զինծառայողներին ազատ արձակելու համար

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության սպաները, մասնավորապես հայկական ծագում ոնեցող սպաները, որոնք ծառայում են Ռուսաստանի տարբեր ուժային կառույցներում լեյտենանտից մինչև գեներալ, խնդրում են ՀՀ իշխանություններին գեներալ Արթուր Վանեցյանին անհապաղ տալ լիազորություն բանակցություններ վարելու Ադրբեջանի տարածքում գերության մեջ գտնվող ՀՀ ԶՈւ զինծառայողներինին ազատ արձակելու համար։

Իրենց ուղերձում նշում են, որ ճանաչում են Արթուր Վանեցյանին և պատրաստ են նրան աջակցություն ցուցաբերել այդ գործընթացում։ Նրանք նշում են ,որ Արթուր Վանեցյանին ճանաչում են՝ հայրենիքի նվիրյալ,ազնվագույն մարդ, ով հարգում է իր հայրենիքը և նրա քաղաքացիներին։

Ռուսաստանի տարբեր ուժային կառույցներում ծառայող հայազգի սպաներն իրենց ուղերձում նշում են, որ Արցախյան պատերազմի ընթացքում իրենք բազմիցս դիմել են ՀՀ իշխանություններին՝ իրենց պատմական հայրենիքին օգնելու համար, սակայն լսելի չեն եղել և ավելին, ամեն կերպ արգելափակվել են: Նրանց ուղարկած ողջ օգնությունն այդպես էլ չի հասաել Արցախ։ Ամբողջ ռազմական օգնությունը պահեստավորվել է ՀՀ ՊՆ պահեստներում։

Բացի այդ, նրանք իրենց վրդովմունքն են հայտնում ՀՀ իշխանություններին, որ իրենց կեղծ մեսիջներ են ուղարկել, իբր շփման գծում ամեն ինչ գտնվում է վերահսկողության տակ ՝ դրանով իսկ հանդարդեցնել բազմամիլիոնանոց սփյուռքի ներկայացուցիչների զգոնությունը ,թույլ չտալով նրանց արագ արձագանքել առկա մարտահրավերներին։

Իրենց ուղերձում նրանք իրենց զորակցությունն ու ցավակցությունն են հայտնում զոհվածների հարազատներին,նաև պատրաստակամություն են հայտնում յգնել գերության մեջ գտնվողների ծնողներին և ընտանիքերին իրենց որդիներին գերությունից փրկելու հարցում,
