Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից չի ընդունում, թե Սիսիանի ոստիկաններն ուշ են հասել Շաքի գյուղում ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողի կողմից զինված հարձակման ենթարկված Անի Ավետիսյանի տուն։

Ի պատասխան «Ազատության» հարցման՝ ՆԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը հայտնել է, որ հոկտեմբերի 1-ին՝ ժամը 14։05-ին, Ավետիսյանը զանգահարել է Շաքին սպասարկող համայնքային ոստիկանի բջջային հեռախոսին։ Ոստիկանն այդ պահին հերթապահության չի եղել, նախորդ օրվա ծառայությունից հետո հանգստացել է Սիսիանի իր տանը, սակայն, ըստ ՆԳՆ-ի, զանգից տասը րոպե էլ չանցած՝ հասել է դեպքի վայր։

«Դեպքի վայր են հասել նաև Ոստիկանության այլ օպերատիվ խմբեր, ինչից հետո ՆԳՆ 112 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն է ստացվել դեպքի վերաբերյալ ահազանգը։ Հարկ է նաև նշել, որ ահազանգի սպասարկման ստանդարտացված կարգով բաժինը ՆԳՆ 112 Օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի ահազանգի ստացումից հետո ոչ ուշ, քան 10 րոպեում պետք է կազմակերպի օպերատիվ խմբի դեպքի վայր մեկնումը, իսկ այս դեպքում այդ ժամանակահատվածում արդեն խումբը դեպքի վայրում է եղել», – փոխանցել է ՆԳՆ խոսնակը:
