Customer Appreciation Day at IDBank

IDBank once again celebrated Customer Appreciation Day, this time at its Arabkir branch. Staying true to tradition, the Bank brings this special event to different branches, turning each occasion into a festive experience for its valued customers.

At the Arabkir branch, customers were welcomed with surprises, took part in a raffle, won idcoins, and enjoyed sweet treats throughout the day. 

According to Suren Melikyan, Manager of the Arabkir branch, the team had already grown fond of this special event and was eagerly anticipating it at their location as well. “The mood throughout the day was especially high—for both our team and our customers—thanks to the cheerful atmosphere. This is a great example of how we not only aim to deliver the best service experience to our customers but also strive to make that experience more enjoyable and fuller of pleasant surprises,” said Suren Melikyan.

IDBank Customer Experience Manager Seda Avagyan also noted: “Our customers often receive our appreciation through various initiatives and surprises, and we consistently hear positive feedback. This time, the usual daily service took on a festive twist for customers. They cheerfully spun the prize wheel, won idcoins, received gifts, and enjoyed a unique and lively atmosphere at the branch. The lucky winners can use their idcoins at any of the more than 25,000 points of sale where Idram payments are accepted.
